Panchpula Waterfall is a waterfall located in Panchpula Village near Dalhousie Hill Station in Chamba District in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is one of the famous tourist attractions in Dalhousie. This place is famous for adventure, trekking, and photography.


The Waterfall

The waterfall is surrounded by pine and deodar trees and is fed by five streams. It is surrounded by picturesque mountains and green valleys. It is the main source of drinking water for Dalhousie. The water is said to possess medicinal qualities for the healing of skin diseases. The best time to visit this waterfall is during monsoon. The Samadhi of Sardar Ajit Singh, a great revolutionary and uncle of famous freedom fighter Sardar Bhagat Singh is situated near the waterfall.

The waterfall is located at about 3 Kms from Dalhousie, 4 Kms from Dalhousie Bus Stand, 23 Kms from Khajjiar, 11 Kms from Banikhet, 84 Kms from Pathankot Junction Railway Station and 88 Kms from Pathankot Airport. The waterfall is situated at about 3 Kms to the south-east of Dalhousie on Banikhet to Khajjiar route.
